Signature dishes range from authentic Dong Guan courses such as "Wok-fried Crispy Baby Sprats, Shrimps and Peanuts", "Stewed Pork Belly with Preserved Vegetable Wrapped in Crispy Rice Paper" and "Simmered Minced Carp Fish Dumplings and Bamboo Piths in Clear Broth", then to "Traditional Beijing Roast Duck".
"Rural country food highlights the simplicity. The cooking method can retain the original taste of ingredients. We don't use MSG, thus our customers can enjoy the freshness of the food and reminisce their country food," Chef Zou says.
