Located in Element in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon Tang is a newly opened restaurant serving authentic Cantonese cuisine and rural country food. Being the sister restaurant of Island Tang, the one Michelin-starred eatery offering Chinese haute cuisine and all the standard Cantonese dishes, Kowloon Tang is guaranteed to provide another high level of service and food quality.

The design idea of Kowloon Tang is contributed by Sir David Tang who got inspiration from Art Deco design style. The restaurant has three private rooms. They can be booked for private parties or business purposes. With high ceiling and elegant decoration, the private rooms give a sense of luxury. The main dining room is decorated with more traditional Chinese accessories, such as the calligraphic couplets. There is an outdoor dining area offering customers an additional choice.
